Shipping policy

Fog & Flame Premium Cigars currently ships within Canada.

All orders are carefully packaged to help preserve freshness and protect cigars during transit. Humidification packs may be included where appropriate.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on destination, carrier delays, weather conditions, and remote shipping locations.

Customers are responsible for ensuring they are of legal age and that tobacco products may legally be purchased and received in their jurisdiction.

An adult signature and/or age verification may be required upon delivery.

Orders may be cancelled if age verification requirements cannot be satisfied.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Fog & Flame Premium Cigars is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather events, labour disruptions, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
