Due to the nature of premium cigars and tobacco products, Fog & Flame does not accept returns on cigars or tobacco products.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:
We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Fog & Flame reserves the right to request photos of damaged products or packaging to assist in resolving claims.
Accessories & Non-Tobacco Items
Unused accessories and non-tobacco items may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error by Fog & Flame.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
